What amenities are included in The Cottages?
Do The Cottages have air conditioning or heaters?
Yes, all cottages have electric air conditioning and heat.
The air conditioners are controlled by a remote located in the cottage.
The wall heaters are controlled by the knob on the wall above heater.
What if the heater is not turning on? Typically, it has auto shut-off due to an object being placed in front of it, and will need to be reset by maintenance.
Is there daily housekeeping?
Yes, it is included at no additional charge.
How do the fireplaces work?
The thermostat on the wall near the front door controls the fireplace.
For Cottage 13: the fireplace switch is on the right side of fireplace cover.
Do you have an ice machine?
Yes, we have an ice machine on the office porch.
Each room is equipped with ice buckets.
How close are The Cottages to Flathead Lake and downtown Bigfork?
What if my door lock does not work?
Typically, it might need another try.
If you see a flashing red light or beeping, please text management at 406-214-0374 and we may issue you a replacement key.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, all cottages have Wi-Fi for your convenience.
Are pets allowed?
We do not allow pets.
Are we able to use the bicycles?
Make the most of your stay with our complimentary beach cruisers. We have four bikes available for guest day-use on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do we dispose of trash?
For your convenience, housekeeping provides daily trash removal from your porch. You can also use the large disposal area behind the north brown fence.
Love the decor in the cottages! Are they available for purchase?
Each cottage provides a retail list of items available for purchase. Removed cottage items are billed automatically to your stay’s account.
